Michelle Crook - Founder of Reactiv8

Michelle Crook – Author, Speaker, Coach, and Life-Changer

Michelle Crook is the Founder and Director of Reactiv8. With over 16 years of experience in education, she has worked at every level, including senior management, with a background in Physical Education. In 2006, she became one of Bedfordshire’s youngest Assistant Head Teachers at a local Bedford Borough Upper School, managing Student Support Services with overall responsibility for Behaviour and Attendance.

Through her experience of seeing young people being excluded from the education system, and others still in education with no aspiration, self-belief, direction, or goals in life, Reactiv8 was born. The organisation provides opportunities for young people to re-engage with learning, education, and training, helping them fulfil their potential and become valued members of society. Reactiv8 also delivers programmes for adults, with no upper age limit.

Michelle’s Mission

Michelle is passionate about transforming lives by encouraging people to be the best they can be. Her mentoring programme:

  • Instills self-confidence and self-belief
  • Challenges existing perceptions and encourages clients to take control of their future
  • Supports clients onto a positive pathway while raising aspirations

Michelle works with honesty, integrity, and always puts her clients’ best interests first. Her excellent interpersonal skills enable her to forge strong working relationships and ensure effective communication. Her transparent management style consistently delivers successful solutions.

Professional Development

Michelle was a member of The Professional Speakers Academy after attending the Professional Speakers University (PSU) with Andy Harrington, one of the UK’s leading professional speakers, who has supported her growth and development.

More recently, Michelle has been working alongside Cheryl Chapman and The Freedom Speakers. She will also be featured in the second edition of the book “Whys Words – Be Seen, Be Heard, Be You, so that your ideal client wants to do business with you.”
