Reactive8 Housing provides accommodation for those leaving homelessness, fleeing domestic abuse or honour-based violence, and upon arrival we equip them with everything they need such as a duvet / pillows / duvet cover / shower gel / toothbrush / toothpaste / sanitary ware / all towels / flannels / mattress cover
Tara has been homeless and sofa surfing, with no fixed abode. She has recently been referred to us and £40 will help us set up her room so she doesn’t have to worry about how she is going to wash, be clean, and have a warm bed to sleep in.
In addition, Reactive8 Housing provides a House that is fully furnished with all white goods, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge / freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, mop and bucket, hoover, mugs, plates, bowls, table and chairs, sofas, wardrobes, chest of drawers, beds, mattresses, blinds to name a few. On average, for a 6 bed HMO, it costs us approximately £1800, and for a self-contained flat approximately £2000.
