Hello, I'm Michelle.

Before the businesses and the awards, I was a school teacher in the UK. I loved it. By 2006 I'd become one of the county's youngest Assistant Head Teachers, and I spent sixteen years in education, a good stretch of it in senior management.

Sixteen years in education gave me a front-row seat to something most people rarely get to witness: the moment a belief becomes a limitation.

I watched bright, capable children begin deciding, sometimes as young as nine or ten, what was “for them” and what wasn’t. What they could achieve. How ambitious they were allowed to be. What success looked like for someone like them.

And some of the deepest beliefs we carry are the ones we develop around money.

I recognised early on that my own relationship with money didn’t fit the traditional script: work hard, keep your head down, be grateful for what you have and don’t ask for too much.

I wanted more - not simply more money, but more choice, more freedom and more control over the life I could create.

That belief eventually took me beyond the classroom and into entrepreneurship, where I went on to build multiple seven-figure businesses. But the teacher in me never disappeared.

Instead, I took what I had learned about how beliefs are formed, how behaviour changes and how potential is unlocked and made it part of my life’s work: empowering people to challenge the beliefs that have been quietly determining what they think is possible for them.

Because after years of teaching, coaching and building businesses, there is one thing I know for certain:

Your financial future isn’t determined only by what you earn. It is shaped by what you believe you are capable of creating - and what you’re prepared to do differently once you know better.

So why Dubai, and why this event?

Because through my academy, my businesses and the women I meet, I keep seeing the same woman.

She’s capable. She’s ambitious. She’s the one everyone relies on.

She holds together a family, a career - sometimes an entire business. She remembers what needs paying, what everyone needs and where the money needs to go.

But somewhere along the way, she was given the responsibility of making everyone else’s life work without ever being taught how to make money work for her.

She was taught how to earn it.
How to spend it.
How to stretch it.
How to worry about it.

But not how to build with it. Grow it. Protect it. Or use it to create freedom.

And that’s exactly why I’m bringing Financial Freedom for Females to Dubai.

Dubai is a city built around possibility, ambition and thinking bigger - and I want to bring together a room of women who are ready to do exactly that with their financial lives.

I also know the money space has become incredibly noisy.

There are people standing beside supercars promising financial freedom by Friday. Complicated terminology. Conflicting advice. Investment conversations that make you feel like you should already understand everything.

It’s no wonder so many intelligent women switch off.
